Do No Harm Coalition

at VCU School of Medicine

Mission of the project

We are healers, clinicians-in-training, health workers, and activists accompanying communities affected by structural violence in our collective struggle for health, dignity, and sovereignty. Health is a human right and as health workers we have a collective duty to eradicate systems of oppression which threaten that right.

We are a medical student-run organization, we do not represent the VCU School of Medicine or VCU Health Systems.

Anti-Oppression Discussion Group

We meet monthly for discussions that push us in our social justice practice.

Access meeting/reading schedule here.

RSVP for Aug 27 here.

We try and meet as often as possible given our busy schedules!

Join our Listserv to get updates about meetings.

Self-critique is essential. We will integrate feedback, reflection, and growth into our work, even when these efforts deeply challenge us.
